The Workshop Experience

Musicfest now offers an OPTIONAL educational experience beyond the traditional competition format. Our new format allows you and your students to experience an hour of “quality time” with members of our nationally recognized adjudication panel.

We recognize some of the challenges facing a director traveling out of state, trying to meet “required” educational guidelines with members missing due to financial or scheduling conflicts. This new format will provide a “Superior” educational experience without the pressure of competition.

Positive learning experience for those in attendance, weather your whole ensemble makes the trip or not. You will not be at a disadvantage if you do not have your entire ensemble in attendance
Your students learn new techniques and ideas from nationally recognized music educators
(* Requests will be honored whenever possible, however scheduling conflicts may dictate a change in clinician or time)

Format Time: 1 Hour with a 2-man team from our adjudication panel

Cost: $39 Per performing member
Includes: Audio recording of entire workshop session
                DVD Photo album of workshop session
                Photo of Director(s) with clinicians
                Workshop Certificate for Director’s Office

All participants are required to purchase an additional attraction ticket of your choice
*To avoid unnecessary distractions, we ask that parent chaperones do not attend workshop sessions*
