Entry Fees and Inclusions
- Please complete and submit the appropriate Entry Form(s).
Entry Forms must reach our office at least 90 days prior
to festival date. Forms received less than 90 days prior
to the event will be considered if space is available.
- An Entry Fee of $125 per event must
accompany your Form(s). Entries are not official until
both Forms & Fees have been received at the Festival
Office.
- A Registration Fee of only $54 per
performing member entitles your group to the following:
• Admission to all Festival Activities
• Awards Banquet
• DVD Recording of Concert Performance
• DVD Photo Album of Performances
• Engraved Festival Plaque
• Trophies in all Categories
• Personalized On-Stage Clinic/Critique
• Adjudication Sheets with Recorded Comments
• Exclusive Participant Gift
• Directors Gift
Schools may enter Musicfest directly through our office
or you may have your travel planner include our Festival
in your travel plans.
Upon receipt of Entry Forms & Fees, you will receive:
• Confirmation Letter
• Festival Ticket
• Order Form/Agreement
Prior to your performance date you will receive:
• Festival Information Packet containing various
detailed performance forms.
• These forms must be returned to the Festival Office
as soon as possible.
• Within 3-4 weeks of your performance, you will
receive a complete performance schedule.
DUE TO THE TIME ELEMENT AND THE STRUCTURE OF MUSICFEST
ORLANDO, SPACE IS LIMITED. ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON
A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
