Concert Band Music Requirements
- All Bands are required to perform Two (and only 2) compositions.
No specific music list is
required, the program is left entirely to the discretion
of the director.
- The Maximum “on-stage” time is:
30 Minutes for Class A, Class AA & Jr./Middle School
40 Minutes for Class AAA, Class AAAA & 2nd Bands
This includes entry, set-up, on-stage warm-up, performance,
clinic, and exit.
- A pre-performance warm-up room (with music stands) will
be provided 30 minutes prior to your performance time.
This time includes entering, seating, warm-up and exiting.
- Musicfest Orlando will provide the following equipment
for on-stage performance: Chimes, Concert Bass Drum, 4
Tympani, Xylophone, Vibes, Marimba, Bells, Piano, Music
Stands and Chairs.
- Directors must provide three scores with measures numbered
for each selection performed. Photo copies are not permitted
without a note from the publisher.
- The use of risers or other types of elevation is not
permitted. A director’s podium will be provided.
